Not as advertised at all!
After renting the entire property with the confirmation that it would be just my family in the house and on the 2 acre grounds- The owner omitted that she lives at the property with her five dogs, that are inside and outside dogs. No security for your stuff once in the house, no locks on the bedroom doors. Owner had invited over a dozen of her personal friends to celebrate the New Year- she had done this without our knowledge. She then sublet the guest cottage while we were still renting the “entire” property. We left the next day, Midway through our vacation to a resort. What was also described to us as lots of activities in the area, turned into an hour drive one way to any type of activity. We spent over two hours a day in the car on roads full of potholes. Beware. If owner tries to get you to cancel through VRBO do not do it, keep your contract through VRBO as they will keep the liability.
