Enjoyed our stay at Edgewater with a beautiful view of the gorgeous beach! Condo was just as described. Pools were nice and Oceans restaurant had good good and drinks. Staff was very easy to contact and they accommodated all our needs. We will come back!

We came down to relax for the weekend and as always Edgewater did not disappoint. Our 14 year old daughter brought a friend with her and my wife and I played with and watched our 20 month old. It could not have been a better weekend.

Our stay was wonderful and perfect. The condos itself was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen fully well stocked with everything I needed to cook for my family. I love the view of the ocean from the balcony and the living room. I love it!! Thank you.

The condo was beautiful!! As soon as you walk through the front door, you are greeted with an amazing view of the ocean. The condo was clean and well decorated. They did provide minimal, basic supplies, but shopping (such as Walmart) are close by enough to go get more. The beach was also clean and never felt crowded. The pool at tower 3 was nice, but we spent more time at tower 1 as it was larger, had more hottubs, and was closer to the bar and food. All of the staff on the property were friendly. It also felt safe as security was always present at the gate and walking around the property (even at night). We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed in this condo for a vacation and experienced a few inconveniences at this rental. The sleeper sofa did not have any linens. There we zero extra linens or blankets in any of the closets (as listed). There were extra pillows, but no pillow cases. Almost all of the outlets did not work or were loose and your plugs would fall right out. The furniture is severally worn out and needs replaced. The couch and love seat's frame sticks out when sitting on them which is very uncomfortable. The dresser drawers fall out when opening. One of the twin bed's mattress is very lumpy and is at a dip. With our family staying at Edgewater Resort for many years, we were left dissatisfied with this specific unit and would not rent again.

Edgewater is a wonderful resort that really has all you need for your vacation to not ever have to leave. The restaurant Oceans has a wide variety of food to choose from (our favorites were pizza, fried oysters, and the Buffalo sliders). The pools are large and the beach is clean. The condo looks just like the pictures! The view is amazing from the balcony. Beds are comfy and the washer/dryer is a plus. Only downside was having to go to a separate location before getting in the condo. Would think mailing the info/parking passes would be better for families trying to get to their vacation spot ASAP. Will rent this condo again the next time we come to PCB!

Gorgeous condo. 11th floor penthouse. Just an amazing property. Set up our chairs and pop-up every morning and spent the day on the most beautiful beach. Pool and hot tub were very clean. Some construction going on around the property, but with spending the day on the beach we didn’t really notice it.

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Was great to sit on the balcony and watch for dolphins. Walked on the beach every day. Many pools on the property also and close to many attractions. Would stay here again.

Our unit was nice and the view was great. We had friends in other units that were pretty bad though. One had a ceiling cave in and the other had.mold and peeling paint. Our unit was definitely the nicest, and had some updates.

I teach online courses and chose a unit that said they had wifi and cable but neither ever worked. We called, we waited, we hoped, we tried but only got emails and tech visited telling us they would look into the problem. We want some reimbursement for the unsolved problem. We had to go to other locations to do your work. Please credit us with some refunds.
