Great Stay

Dave was very accommodating and responded to any communications promptly. Due to an unexpected maintenance issue, we had to move to a temporary condo within the same building -- while this could have been a major inconvenience, Dave made this a non-issue. The view is outstanding. The condo itself is very spacious. We definitely would recommend.

Great, fun vacation!

Great stay for 5 of us! Fast elevators, easy access to pool, beach chairs included was amazing perk, firmer beds but we made it work, lots of towels, very clean, beautiful decor, great quieter location.

Great family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning on a future trip. We found the home to be in wonderful shape, clean, and well-equipped. The views were wonderful and the location is perfect. Tons of activities within 5 minutes, including the state park and jet skis, while traffic was minimal, which made for a great trip!

Great getaway

My daughter and I had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful, and close to a lot of great restaurants. The beach is spectacular. Having the beach chairs and umbrella included with the rental was very convenient.

Great Little Place

The location is great, the condo is cute, and the views are beautiful. The only issue was the bugs. Everything was tidy and smelled clean, so the place wasn't dirty. It's Florida and a large building, so it's absolutely an uphill battle, but there were a number of tiny roaches.

Great beach rental, planning our next trip!

We had a great week in PCB and loved our time in the condo. The rental was very clean and the posting was accurate. We loved the location, which was close to St. Andrew’s State Park (highly recommend a visit!), and away from the busiest parts of PCB. The property has a ton of amenities to keep everyone busy- heated pool, tennis, tiki bar etc.

New Year’s/Anniversary trip

I loved our room the view was great. Condo was very clean and had some stuff in the kitchen to use in case you forgot stuff. Loved waking up every morning to the beach view from my bedroom. Will come back again.
