Sweet Home

This home is beautiful! My husband and I absolutely loved it. The home and yard is spotless and well taken care of. The residential area is very quiet and friendly and it's only a few steps to the beach. Thank you to the owner for sharing your home and thank you Pristine Properties for such a warm welcome and the attentiveness to our needs.

Relaxing

The property layout was nice as we had two families and it was spacious enough to give everyone their own space. There were a few cosmetic issues but nothing major. The dishwasher didn’t work properly either but handwashing dishes did us just fine. Overall our families truly enjoyed this vacation house.

Stay Away - Property is ignored by a management company

You have to drive an extra 30 minutes to get the Keys and then they don't work. Waited Two hours in the 95 degree temp with mosquitoes til they come open the house for us. They had 10 sets of keys and only 1 worked - they knew this was an issue. No Info sheet inside the house, No Cell Service in area, so you can not call for help or get info on wifi. we leave the next morning for a our full day boat rental and the locks will not lock, we spend the next 1.5 hrs trying to get the doors to lock, no luck, we lock from inside and leave thru a window. and of course lose out on almost 2 hours of a day boat rental. Called when we had phone service and on hold for 30 min at a time, I told them the locks need to be fixed, she said she was notifying maintenance - nothing - I Left 3 more messages about locks - nothing - no call or any response. When I did get thru I was told I had to do it online, when I had cell service I did, 2 days later someone left a note on our door when we went out to dinner. We the renters spent our time to be able to lock the house on day 3, then the the day before check out a maintenance guy shows up and says he has told them over and over again they need to fix the door locks. Good area - Bad management company

Beautiful and spacious house

So roomy, loved the open concept. Needs more pots and pans, we're foodies and never eat out while on vaca. The railings on the deck have GOT to be replaced, too great a house to let something so simple be idnored. There are 2 places where someone can fall through to the ground taking the railings with them, had a spindel fly off and hit me when the gate going upstairs got shut 10 steps in front of me. I'll definitely be staying again if these things are tended to

Very Nice Renovated House

We loved the spacious open plan, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Indian Pass is way out there, which was just what we wanted - 40-60 yards between families on the beach. I'd love to see Pristine Properties go with lockboxes or keypad locks like managers in other areas. You have to drive up the Cape to their office and back, a 40+ minute loss of vacation time just to grab a key.

Wonderful House In a Quiet Neighborhood Steps Away From the Beach beach

We loved this house. The layout is wonderful; the family/dining/ kitchen area is huge and lined with windows that give you a view of the beach! The sunroom windows open to screens, providing a wonderful place to watch sunrises and sunsets with an ocean breeze, as well as a great place to hang out if it is raining. Under the house is paved, which was a nice surprise - and there was also an outdoor shower and a big sink. I would happily give this property five stars if there had not been multiple maintenance and comfort issues that Pristine Properties did not acknowledge (I contacted them through the guest portal ([under property issues?], email, and made an office visit in person). Their lack of response caused stress that was completely unnecessary. They did send plumbers to fix the problem of no hot water in the Master Shower. BUT other issues I made them aware of they never acknowledged; the kitchen back door lock and doorknob was broken, so entry in and out through that door was not an option, the back porch gate was backward - opening over the stairs instead of the landing, forcing you to back down the stairs to enter and exit - which was dangerous, the converter to turn the bath into a shower was broken in the second bath, the faucet knob was broken off the outdoor foot shower, and lightbulbs were burned out in both lamps and overhead lighting throughout the house. The house overall has none of the welcoming details I usually find in VRBO houses; especially notable was no hairdryers, 1 blanket for the whole house, no serving bowls, not a single roll of paper towels. It just surprised me that the house itself could be this wonderful, but offer absolutely no attention to any small gestures of welcome. I wrote all of this to the management company, explaining I wanted to give the best review possible and only share these concerns with them, but they never responded to me, except with automated "How is your stay?" emails and texts. I think this property could easily rank as a 5-star property if a little attention was given to maintenance and guest comfort.

Absolutely Perfect!

We had the best trip ever. My husband, myself & our sheltie Rylee visited Indain Pass to renew our wedding vows. This house is absolutely perfect. We enjoyed every minute of our time here & we are already planning our next get away. Pristine Properties made everything (check, in/out, beach gear & other perks) super convenient.
