Despite providing advance notice due to an international flight cancellation, the property refused any refund or reasonable consideration. After spending over $4,000, this level of service and inflexibility is unacceptable.」

「Adequate room, the staff was amazing and despite language barriers, we were able to achieve everything we wanted to it’s in a good location and a shuttle was provided for $30 to go to the airport. We did not use the pool or the shops nearby as it was later in the evening when we arrived and we were quite tired. We did go to the little restaurant. The food was very good and our waiter was exceptional.」
