「Received no response or check in details! Holidu (third party) did not respond to our check in emails ! It was all AI and no response to provided chat ! 「Fantastic all around experience. The rooms were beautiful and clean and this unique mix of rustic modern Italian styling. Located right in the heart of the old city made it very easy to walk everywhere. The service was fantastic, I was able to message the team and within a minute I got the help and had my questions answered. I’d definitely stay there again.」

「We have stayed at various places in Italy during our recent trip. This place was comfortable enough. Small rooms hut adequate. No breakfast but there are plenty of places to have breakfast locally My biggest problem was that they never mentioned that this location is Ina ZTL restricted area or ask for us to provide a license plate to register. So without knowing anything we just drove up to the front and unpacked. It was only after a rather unfriendly woman at the hotel told us that we were...

「Simply charming. Located just a block from the Old Town and surrounded by medieval buildings, churches, and towers. Everything was perfect; the breakfast was delicious and made to order. The fruit, bread, and jams were fresh—no preservatives or pre-packaged products. The person in charge of the kitchen was very kind and attentive. The rooms were lovely, featuring antique furniture, and ours offered incredible views of the Tuscan landscape. We were treated like royalty. Furthermore, the location...

「We enjoyed our stay in this small apartment in San Gimignano. The apartment was very clean, had beautiful views, and the location was excellent for exploring the town on foot. The views were especially lovely and made the stay feel very special.A couple small things to note: the apartment was a bit dark inside, but since we spent most of our time out enjoying the area, it wasn’t a major issue for us. We also discovered after fully loading the dishwasher following a chef-prepared meal that it was...
