"Horrible hotel! Do Not stay at this hotel! Dirty rooms, bugs, ants in the pool. Terrible Management. They lied about changing the bed sheets. "

"My wife and I did not like this hotel. This hotel is completely enclosed. We did not realize that all the rooms face inward on the pool, movie area, and play area. You can smell the chlorine from the pool in the rooms. The Wall facing inward is mostly glass with curtains. It does not keep out the light from the inner areas. The room we stayed in had a door jam that was just replaced, did not function well, and was not painted to look like the rest of the door jam. We had broken tile in the bathroom. If you have children, this hotel seemed to cater to that. Due to the pool, the carpet in the hallways had bumps and was a tripping hazard to older people. We were able to sleep OK, after 10pm as the pool and other activities are shut down. I will not stay here again"

"I didn’t use any of the amenities. Me and my husband got weird looks the moment we walked in the door. We felt really out of place. I think it was a race issue. We stayed in our room the whole time we were there unless we left the property. "

"We had a pretty terrible experience here and I want to warn you that you might be in for a tough go if you choose this motel. I checked in with my 7 year old and our dog. The building itself is a bit run down and the walls in the corridors are in bad repair. The room had dried dog feces in the corner. The lamp flickered constantly. The TV remote was missing. I requested a new room. In the new room, the shower was broken. The 3rd room had an unexplainable wetness on the carpet. We couldn't take our shoes off while walking around. At this point, after schlepping our bags around 3 rooms, it was already late and after having driven 6 hours already, after notifying the staff, I decided to just get some sleep. I asked the staff to refund the pet fee and discount me 50% of the fee. They agreed to this but only gave a 25% discount (and refunded the $25 pet fee). I would not stay here in the future under any circumstances."

"TV Remote was broken (no back over the batteries). Bathroom could use some TLC in the shower area and a new curtain. Some stains on the white sheets."
