Comodo il parcheggio interno e l’accesso semplice con codice. La piscina all’aperto è perfetta per rilassarsi dopo le visite nei borghi vicini. Staff gentilissimo (un grazie speciale ad Anna in reception) e massima cura dei dettagli. Siamo stati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!”」

「Alles sehr nett und vor allem sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wird gut Englisch gesprochen. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass es ein richtiges Frühstücksbuffet gibt mit Rührei, Wurst und Käse, Kuchen, Müsli etc. und nicht nur, wie sonst in Italien üblich, ein trockenes Hörnchen mit einem Klecks Marmelade. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!」

But it offers personal hospitality that reminds me of why I love Italy! The owner even helped me move my car upon my request. 」

「Very quiet with exception some loud motorcycles in the street nearby. Oyamado, the care-taker is a very helpful and kind man. Massimo, the owner and Oyamado do a very good job keeping the place in order. The escalator to the Main Street leading to San Lorenzo and restaurants are just 10 seconds away from the Hotel. Very convenient, and close to Perugia Train Station as well. One downside is that there is no elevator, the but the steps are not too many.」

「The lobby was very welcoming, breakfast was good as continental. The room was slightly disappointing with what the lobby suggested as a 4 star hotel. May be with a price of 80 Europe I get the most simple one. Hotel with air on all the time. Front desk was extremely helpful and let me late check out at 1pm. Location is unbeatable as the heart just a lane of 30 steps away. I will come back book a better room next time...thanks」
