"We were upgraded to a suite which was great. So much room. While some of the common spaces are starting to show their age the room was great and fairly modern. "

The recently updated floor covering in the changing rooms is a huge improvement. The service in the chandelier lounge always leaves me feeling appreciated as a solo traveller. Exceptional breakfast area & service. "

"The room was adequate, but very dated. The air con didn't drop in temperature not through the want of trying. The bed was lovely but the pillows were a little uncomfortable. Overall for the price it was pretty much what was expected. "

"Had lunch at he lobby restaurant. Appreciate the attendant taking my order but when I asked him about specifics about the food he simply said to me that he knew nothing about the food and he had never eaten at the restaurant which was a discouraging. Also the food took over a half an hour to be received. I had to get a server to provide me a time of arrival. I stayed here three times, I think I made get change to a different hotel next time. "
