「clean rooms, wonderful staff」

「Our family laughed about the review we'd leave after checking out. We decided to call it "no windows, no electricity, no water"! Perhaps is was the unit we were given for our family of 6 but there was no window to the outside (one faced a dark interior hallway). It felt like a dungeon! We were only staying one night so dealt with it but would not recommend this particular room (#25) to others if daylight is important to you. 「Bar wasnt really a bar swim at bar is fine but it closes at 6 PM. Food wasn’t worth nothing no buffet style just pork every day every now and again you’ll get fish. I don’t eat pork so I had to eat at local restaurants almost my entire stay so all inclusive is definitely not worth it. If you are vegan or pescatarian you can’t eat here also they served me pasta with nothing on it just pasta straight from the water. I have included a picture. 「Easy walk to Playa Hermosa. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool area was well maintained. My 9 year old daughter loved the pool. Hotel management arranged for us to have in-room massages which were also nice.」
