“With its one-meter thick walls, brick arches and wooden beams, terracotta floors and period furniture, this apartment, located in a real medieval tower, also has all the modern conveniences you'll need: washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, great shower, etc.. Located midway between the upper and lower parts of the historic center, it served as the perfect launching point to explore all of Spoleto's beauty and charm. The owner even allowed us to use their parking pass for the nearby……

“Our nearly 2 week stay in this apartment was fantastic, the apartment was spacious and appointed wonderfully. the location was perfect and the town and people were everything we hoped for when we booked this dream trip. we explored every nook and cranny of Spoleto and cant wait to come back again. There are steps but we used them to brush up on our Italian numbers :) you would be hard pressed to find another apartment at this price that's been restored as this one... Thanks Denis and Enrico.”

“The owners met us and oriented us to the apartment. The place is light, airy, and well-maintained. The terra-cotta floors and fresco remnants are beautiful. The location is convenient to explore Spoleto. It is quiet at night. We had a pleasant stay and give it a very high recommendation.”

“We were fortunate to stay for a month at this wonderful property. We have rented over 25 VRBO homes and this was by far our favorite! The owners have thought of everything…every amenity including condiments,a full set of cooking pans,cleaning supplies,a wash machine,and even morning breakfast treats. The unit was spotless upon our arrival. The owners provided restaurant suggestions as well as local sightseeing spots. And the terraces…both in front and rear of the house provided beautiful views……

“As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather. Chef cooked two yummy dinners for us. Also glad we ordered villa owner’s olive oil and red wine. Short drive to major Umbrian sights. However, we recommend you go for lunch in nearby……
