Our hidden paradise offers a quiet and peaceful place in the middle of nature, where you can completely withdraw for days. Our tastefully decorated home (1000sqft-330m2) has an open living porch (435 sqft-144m2) with a spacious outdoor kitchen, 4 bedrooms with a/c and smart TV. As an extension of the veranda overlooking the nature and the skyline of the hotels, there is a beautiful infinity pool with a spacious pool deck with plenty of space to sit back and enjoy the tranquility.
And ust 10/15 minutes away from beaches and high-rise hotel area.

The outdoor living room and pool are the total allstars of the property. Erik was a warm and gracious host. The layout is confusing from the pictures but the only real indoor space are the bedrooms and a hallway that connects 3 of the bedrooms. You will spend all of your time not sleeping outside. There are a couple of minor things that could use maintenance, some light bulbs are out, the toaster is difficult, some of the showers don’t get hot but none of these are enough of a deterrent to drop a star, this is the best stay on the island. Very kid friendly, there are hermit crabs, lizards, and the world’s sweetest cat!We highly recommend this space. It’s very private and has a great view of the sunset.

The home exceeded our expectations! If you want a private, relaxing experience this is the place. Plenty of room to spread out and to gather for our family. The outdoor kitchen is a fully functional kitchen. The pool is wonderful. You can spend time outside without being under the blazing sun. The house is a short walk to amazing hiking trails. A short drive to great beaches and restaurants. Erik and Martha are great hosts! Attentive and helpful. When we visit to Aruba we will stay at this home.

We were amazed how beautiful this property was. We were a party of 6 adults , everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The outdoor kitchen, living room and deck area are spacious and comfortable. The infinity pool was wonderful with incredible views of the sunset. There are hiking trails with in walking distance of the house if you’re interested in that. The property is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood .The host and his wife were very accommodating and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Aruba.

Unless you are looking for a place directly on a beach (and in Aruba that basically means a big, uninteresting resort on one of the commercial, touristy beaches), we think this is the best place to stay on the entire island. It is exactly as pictured in the listing - stunning, but artistic, quirky, suffused with the beauty of the land and flora that surrounds it, and obviously designed by people who understand both comfort and style. Our family of six, with adult kids and a significant other, enjoyed the spectacular views, the large, stylish bedrooms and bathrooms, the five foot deep infinity pool, cooking wonderful dinners for ourselves, hiking many trails right from the house through the cactus forest out to the spectacular coast, the lovely breezes that keep you cool even though the whole house save the bedrooms is open to the air, and the many spots to lounge, sip a cup of coffee and be together. Host Erik and his family were attentive to all our many questions, from where to find the best BBQ to who to call about kite surfing. They live close enough to flip an errant breaker switch right away and to send us hiking tips. Special place!

Great location, surrounded by nature

We are very happy we chose this location for our first time in Aruba. This location is private, surrounded by nature but still close to everything a tourist would need. My family loved the outdoor kitchen and living space, the pool was amazing, and the AC in the bedrooms was lovely after a long day in the sun. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend others stay here as well.

A Week in Paradise

This property was everything we wanted it to be and more! The outdoor living space was incredible, the pool exceeded expectations, and Erik was a wonderful host. We all talked about rebooking this house everytime we come back to Aruba!

Truly Amazing!

I stayed here with 3 friends and we each had our own rooms that we slept well in. Otherwise, we all hung out in the pool or in the outdoor areas. We cooked a few meals, admired the surroundings, watched lizards, talked with a cat, and of course swam in the pool a lot!!! The house was absolutely perfect and Erik was a gem to work with. He was available for any questions we had and made everything easy. We loved the house so much and didn't want to leave!!

Fabulous Family Getaway!

Erik was wonderful to work with and replied quickly! Short drive to the beaches & nightlife. The house location was ideal since we didn't want to stay at a commercial location and was wonderful to have so much nature & paths to explore! Would stay here again!

Amazing slice of peaceful paradise!

Our family stayed 5 nights at this wonderful place, and I wish it had been twice as long! Already booking our next trip back here. Property is stunning (photos don't even do it justice). Massive outdoor covered living area, incredible pool, and some of the best inland views on the whole island. Pool is the star of the show. It's plenty big (~18ft x 24ft I'd estimate), and all at the same depth of about 4-4.5 ft. There are stairs in, along one long side, with an infinity edge along the other long side (with views of the whole island beyond!). Kitchen: small microwave, medium oven, dishwasher, full refrigerator/freezer, gas bbq grill. Plates, cups, silverware, pans, etc. Owner is super nice and responsive. Some things (not bad) to be aware of: * Entire kitchen/living area is outdoors, only the bedrooms are indoors. You should be very comfortable with nature (sun, wind, bugs/critters, etc). Literally any crumb or drop of drink left on any surface is going to attract nature (ants, etc) within a minute or less, so make sure you are diligent to clean up everything! * Ample shade cover in the pool before 10am and after 4pm, but not much during the heat of the day. Bring plenty of sunscreen! * House has several different steps and inclines throughout as you go from room to room, so make sure mobility is not a concern. Some doors are of awkwardly small size. * One of the bathrooms is outdoors open-air (mostly covered). Be prepared for nature to join you!

Great stay

We really enjoyed the property. Plenty of space and the outdoor space was amazing. We spent most of our time lounging at the pool. Erik was an awesome host. We would definitely go to this property again.

Perfect

This house was perfect for us! The home was supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The outside living area is lovely. Wonderful seating areas and the infinity pool is beautiful! and quite large. Large bedrooms too. We loved the outdoor living space!! The kitchen area is great and also the barbecue area. The owner is hands on and made sure we had everything needed. We loved our stay in this Aruba home. We will definitely stay in this “perfect” home again.
