"Phoenix resort is a great place fir a staycation, great waterpark, nice staff, accommodating for extra fluffy parents and special needs guests, even has a chair to help with wheelchair transfers. We will be back next month again. Thanks so much. Oh please try for more shade lol our Arizona sun is harsh lol."

Our initial room had an issue and the AC went out on the area, they put us in a better room (same room, just a better view and it was in the main tower on the top floor) and refunded us $200! This was after they had already gave us $200 resort credit! Best vacation we've ever experienced, EVER!!! We'll definitely be back... "
