"The TV flickered almost nonstop, the jacuzzi was so visibly dirty, the breakfast is just the standard continental, nothing special, and the ice machine was broken. The biggest plus to this place was the staff. They were so friendly."

"The room was clean enough but the tub and toilet were stained. There was a huge gap under the door so air and light came in, the bed was a full not a queen. Oh and they take a photo copy of your ID, I don't mind scanning because you can see who looks at it but on paper is a big no for me. And I could hear the person in the room next door snoring so loud. I will never stay here again."

"Nice and clean..The room and the casino were clean.I just wish the slats in the women's restroom offered more privacy as you can walk past and see the person in the stall clear as day on the toilet."

"Breakfast great staff great, the room we were in has a bare electrical wire on lamp needs to be fixed and it would be nice if there was a TV remote instruction pamphlet. "

"We enjoyed our short stay here very much. We were in Yakima for the PNWU White Coat ceremony. They allowed early entry so we could drop our bags and freshen up after the drive. The suite is very roomy and open, it would be a good place for an extended stay. They were most accommodating allowing a late check out so we could attend church with our granddaughter without having to pack up. Great space, very clean and well appointed, extremely helpful staff, I don't hesitate to recommend it."
