“quite good!”

“Executive lounge was fantastic”

“Very friendly & helpful staff, room was clean and had everything you need. Decent prices, would go back again & recommend. 9.5/10”

“The hotel is centrally located and convenient to get to the main street. The room is not spacious, but still it is enough. The facilities are a bit not modern, say limited electronic plugs, but still we were satisfied with it. Moreover, the wifi facility should be further improved as the hotel just allowed one person to access to wifi but not all.”

“設施比較舊，離機場非常近，適合轉機，早機或夜機嘅朋友 早餐不錯，雖然種類不多，但環境舒適，我訂的時候酒店價錢已包早餐”

“Convenient location yet not noisy. Overall upkeep of the hotel is good. Bathroom facility a bit basic and not what one would expect for a 4 star hotel.”

“方便舒适服务周到，机场接送。”

“The only pro is its location, right at the harborfront area with numerous restaurant/ bars nearby. The quality of this hotel is really well below standard. This hotel is always crowded, so if you booked more than 1 room, do not expect the rooms will be nearby or even on the same floor even you have requested in your reservation. The car park also does not allow in-and-out access. Each exit……

“This is a beautiful facility with well cared gardening. I enjoyed the stay very much. Staff members are very friendly. Hot water comes quick. The site is in walking distance to downtown and water front. Very convenient. ANZAC Centenary Memorial Garden is close by. Sunset there is very beautiful. 15-20 minutes walk to the Convention Center, the venue of the conference I attended. My room is small and without kitchen. But, sufficient for my needs. There are rooms in this facility equipped with……

“Staff is very nice. And the location is quite good”

“Stay for 7 days, the view was perfect, but the house keeping was not good, cockroach can be seen everywhere. There was no clean up at all. Just refill only.”
