"hotel was well situated in a quiet location with restaurants nearby. Rooms were very clean, but small, taking a Shower is a challenge in the small shower cubicle but plenty of hot water. "We stayed a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a short walk to the main streets of Amboise but in a quiet location. The lounge is a beautiful place to have a drink before dinner and the fireplace was running the first night we were there. Our room (5) was huge and very pretty two bedrooms, a day bed, two bathrooms, but both bathrooms were in the smaller bedroom (and only one had a toilet). Not sure that would work for two couples traveling together but probably fine for a family with...

"Awful. It felt like a homeless person place. No AC, No Hairdryer, Shower head has to be held to be used, Dirty floors with circular burns in carpet, no toiletries or towels, no AC in fitness center, very sketchy area, dirty refrigerator, no coffee, very late checkin and very early checkout. Worst place I have EVER stayed. "
