“Absolutely fantastic. Yes, it’s up 3 floors by stairs but the exercise is totally worth it for what you get. Service is outstanding. Literally answer your messages within minutes. Above and beyond what we were expecting. The area is fantastic. You’re right in the middle of it all. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say. If you’re in doubt book it. You won’t be disappointed!! They even allowed us access hours before our scheduled time. Kids are asking when we can go back. Short walk to……

“When we arrived, the instructions were clear. We found the lockbox, and the call box with their initials was hanging by a thread.
We obtained the key and entered the apartment. There was no welcome greeting or instructions for Wi-Fi, electricity, etc. Once settled, we realized we did not know how to get out of the building, and had to ask a neighborhood kid on rollerskates to enter the code so we could get out.
When we got back, we realized the dryer was full of linens which repeatedly got……
