The Space:

This superb 72 sqm apartment, located on the second floor of an elegant building, combines comfort and functionality. Although the elevator is at your disposal, a few steps will lead you to the apartment's entrance, adding a touch of Parisian authenticity.



The bright and spacious living room features a connected flat-screen TV and a cozy sofa, creating an ideal space for relaxation. The dining area, with a large table and eight chairs, invites conviviality over a good meal or lively discussions, while also offering a space conducive to work.



The open, fully-equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy a true Parisian culinary experience, in complete freedom and according to your desires.



The bedrooms, all furnished with Queen-Size beds and top-of-the-range bedding, guarantee a quality sleep worthy of the finest hotels.
