The apartment was great! The bedrooms were decent sized with comfortable beds and TV’s with plenty of storage. The kitchen was fully stocked and the living room had a huge TV with multiple couches and a dining table. The shower room was large, modern & had plenty of storage. There was an issue with the keys when we arrived, but the host was responsive and assisted in resolving it quickly. The apartment is above a club which stays open until 6 am so Saturday & Sunday mornings there was a lot of noise from the street at 6-7 am. Other than that the area was very quiet. The location was fully accessible to the metro, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I highly recommend this rental!!!

Dies war das schlechteste Erlebnis, das wir jemals mit einer Unterkunft hatten. Dies lag vor allem daran, dass es nicht möglich war, unsere Anliegen zu lösen. Wir waren 5 Personen, das Appartement war für 6 Personen vorgesehen, Bettdecken gab es nur für 4. Man sollte meinen, dass es die Vermietungsgesellschaft und die Serviceabteilung von fewo-direkt nicht vor unlösbare Probleme stellt, uns ein weiteres Deckbett und Kissen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Nur am Rand sei erwähnt, dass das Wlan bis ganz zum Schluss nicht funktionierte, weil die Rechnung nicht bezahlt worden war, dass Schimmel im Bad war, die Wohnung nicht sauber und dass der Esstisch, der auf den Angebotsfotos für 6 Personen zu sein schien, nur für 4 Personen Platz bot. Die sehr jung und inkompetent wirkenden Angestellten der Vermietungsgesellschaft haben nichts unternommen, von fewo-direkt wurden wir mehrfach angerufen, auch aus den USA, teilweise um 11 Uhr abends, passiert ist nichts. Niemand hat uns im Geringsten geholfen. Sie haben uns nur unnötig am Telefon festgehalten und unsere Zeit in Paris erheblich beeinträchtigt. Da fragt man sich schon, wozu man eine Servicegebühr an fewo zahlt. Welcher Service? Ob wir noch mal bei fewo buchen werden, bezweiflen wir stark. Natürlich wurde im Nachhinein auch nichts erstattet, "da wir ja bis zum Schluss geblieben sind" (und das,Angebot in ein 2Sterne-Hotel, das weit entfernt vom Zentrum war, nachts um 23.30h umzuziehen, nicht angenommen haben) Schäbig!
