Right in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, between Odéon and Saint Germain, this splendid 85sqm apartment with air conditioning comprising 3 bedrooms immerses you in the heart of authentic Paris.

On the ground floor of a typical Parisian building on rue Corneille on a calm and peaceful courtyard, this beautiful apartment with a chic and refined look opens onto a large, cozy and comfortable living room. With a large table to enjoy a moment of conviviality, a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, the living room has all the charm to accommodate 8 people.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare a French meal and enjoy it all together.
With three bedrooms, this apartment invites you to relax, benefit from a quality king-size bed, smart TVs and adjoining bathrooms for maximum comfort and privacy.

Perfect Location

The flat was a great size for 3 women. It was ideal for each of us to have their own bathroom. The location was great. Only a short G7 ride to all the major sites. And an awesome cafe, that opened early, just steps away. Communication with the property manager was prompt, no issues at all.

For price was not as expected. Stove top was damaged as was master bath shower head. Someone was sent to repair shower head while we were out and they removed a perfectly functioning shower head in another BR and left broken one in master bath. Dust bunnies and a contact lens under BR sink in Master BR. Directions to operate heating system were not clear. Apt was too warm and we couldn’t adjust temp. No microwave. Beds were very comfortable and linens were great hotel quality. The location was excellent, within walking distance to many sites and restaurants. The 3 bedrooms each with an adjoining full BR was perfect for our 3 person party. The courtyard is a paved area that joins the outer entrance to the apt entrance. There is no seating in the courtyard.

Everything was perfect, location, apartment, management. Only constructive comment, the bathrooms should have a small shelf to accommodate toiletries and hooks to accommodate used towels
