Located in the 18th arrondissement, this 43 m² apartment can accommodate up to 2 people. Nestled on the 3rd and top floor of an old building, without elevator, it comprises :

- a cosy living room with dining area,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm) and work desk,
- bathroom with bath and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, fan, clothes hangers,
- TV, DVD player, wifi and books.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
