The apartment has a great location, close to metro stations, good restaurants, and a supermarket, which made our stay very convenient. The place is neat and functional, meeting basic daily needs. However, a few things could be improved: we booked it for four people, but the sofa bed in the living room does not comfortably accommodate two adults. We also missed some basic kitchen items, such as a spatula, a dishwashing sponge, and detergent, and there was only one roll of toilet paper available. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but with a few adjustments, it could be even better.

Overall, it’s all right. The location is pretty good but the three level Staircase is too high, not for senior people to carry their luggage up there, and also the sink is not working the water flow going very slow

Excellent property, 5-10 minutes walk away fro the Arc de Triomphe. The apartment is on the 3rd floor which is accessed by a spiral staircase. The apartment is very clean, modern and stylish. I visited with my 16 and 12 year old children and was perfect for our needs. A kitchen with fridge freezer, coffe machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric hob and oven. An open dining and living area, the sofa bed opens to a double bed. The bedroom has a double with ceiling fan, double wardrobe and shower cubicle. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Good communication from the owners.

This is a lovely, newly-renovated small apartment near the Arc de Triomphe. Nice neighborhood with lots of places to shop and eat. I’d recommend Dada just across the street. The apartment is very functional, with good beds. We were three - my wife and I had the bedroom and my 16-year-old daughter the pull-out coach, which was roomy and comfortable for her. I had a bit of trouble clearly understanding the instructions regarding the code, but an email to the company was promptly answered even though it was later at night, after the office hours. I really appreciated that. Overall, I’d recommend this property.

Positives of this property: By far the location is the biggest positive. So central with lots of dining options near by and within an hour walk, all the main sights. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. Initial communication for getting into the apartment is good. Negatives: Communication after getting into the apartment was terrible. We had 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 3 nights and had to buy our own, the toilet light was not working and was not resoled until < 24 hours of us leaving which means we had to use the toilet with light from our phones. No response to requests for support. Shower water pressure was terrible and hard to shower, kitchen has some cooking items but key items were missing such as spatula for cooking, dish washer tabs, etc. Condition of apartment was ok but not like in the pics. Common areas in the building are quite rough. Overall ok. If it were not for the location, the review would be worse.

Great apartment in a great location

I am so happy that we stayed there and would stay there again! We had a lot of great communication before the stay. The place was great, clean, and very nice. Close to a ton of the metro stations. Right across the street from some great markets, tons of restaurants with 5-10 minutes and 5 minutes from the Arch d'Triumph. Great bed, great storage, great wifi. Towel warmers!!! The only 2 minor negatives... it is up 5 flights of stairs and we had more luggage than we usually travel with, and the kitchen was a little bit sparse for us Americans who do like to cook in a place with the best restaurants in the world, but it was a tiny quibble. I am so happy that we stayed there and would stay there again!
