Our condo is in the center of Paris in the pedestrian area of "​​Les Halles" and "rue Montorgueil" two bock from the Marais and Beaubourg . Our apartment is perfectly located with a hundred restaurants, bars , shops. We are next to the biggest Paris shopping center surrounded by a big garden. The metro is on the corner of the street and direct to all railway stations, airport and EuroDisney . We are 5 minutes walk from the Louvre, Beaubourg, the Marais, Palais Royal park and Tuilerie park and the Seine river, and notre dame cathédrale. We even have an Olympic swimming pool in the shopping center and 10 theaters. Our neighborhood is pedestrian, no noises, and bicycles to rent.Our condo is just remodel and design. A modern living-room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a bathroom and two sinks.You will get of the confort you wish : HD TV in living room, wifi, plug to charge your iPhone, in the Dining area, you can sit up to 4 people , a new and fully equipped kitchen with all the household appliances (espresso machine, toster , oven , microwave , washing and dryer machine ...) even a hair dryer in the bathroom.For your safety we install an air purifier in the apartment , that will renew the air in between two visitors , so that Your health will not be affected by PM2.5, bacteria, viruses and pollen suspended in the air, harmful furniture
gases such as formaldehyde, and substances hidden in blankets and sofas including hair and dust. 99.99% high-efficiency removal of bacteria and viruses.You get Safe, clean air!A cleaning service is possible if you wish. We can also propose a guide , a driver or all necessary person.It is in an old passage called " passage de la reine de Hongrie". It bears this name because of a merchant from Les Halles area , Julie Bécheur, who lived in this passage in 1789; she looked very much like  the Archduchess Maria Theresa of Austria, Queen of Hungary (and Bohemia), whom Marie Antoinette, her own daughter, seeing her one day, was herself struck by it. The merchant was nicknamed "Queen of Hungary," and the name remained in the passage she had inhabited. Now the passage is closed to the public and our building is very secure with a code at the doors of entrance. It is very quiet.A perfect place for a holiday with all the comfort possible in a modern and designer apartment for a couple.you will live in the center of the historical and fashionable Paris, you will love it !

Location of property is amazing. Everything is close by! Louvre, Notre Dame, the Seine, Les Halles, an amazing selection of restaurants and shopping. The apartment was very clean and well-appointed. The host Raphaele met us to show us how to operate items in the apartment. Very nice! The location to the metro/trains was wonderful. Grocery store and mall within 5 minutes walking. Spacious for 2 people - would definitely recommend for a couple. I was traveling with a friend and privacy was a little awkward but manageable. I would definitely stay here again.

Historic Apartment in fabulous central Paris

Raphaele’s apartment is located in the wonderful area of Andorissment 2 on the right bank, one street away from a famous restaurant and food street. It is very close to the Metro main station allowing you to travel easily to most areas. It has been recently refurbished with all the mod cons and offers all you require to have a fabulous holiday. Raphaele personally meets and greets all guests and is happy to provide any advice or recommendations as required. Highly recommended!

The apartment was great, the cleanliness score was because apartment needed a good cleaning. Freezer has not been defrosted in quite some time. Could not get anything in or out of it. No top sheet on the bed. Water was off for 24 hrs. As soon as we got in touch with owner through VBRO she came over and know how Solve the problem. The location was amazing. Close to so many places we wanted to visit. Great place could be so much better with a little TLC.to sa

Costly Stay

The host met my sister and I at the apartment upon arrival and went over the apartment. The apartment is in a great location, my sister and I felt safe walking around day and night. Couple of quirks: The stove locks up and there are no instructions for the stove in the apartment and the online information was not helpful, so we did have to call the host over. Tip - to unlock the stove you need to hold down the lock and clock symbol for a few seconds. When you wipe down the stove, it may lock again. As mentioned in a prior review, the shower has a slow drain. However, there is a remedy for this, clean out the drain trap. Yes, it's a little gross because you are cleaning out someone else's hair but it is necessary for the drain to work properly. Costly Stay: The photo presented there are two chairs in the apartment; I am thankful that there was really only one because I sat in the chair and it broke. The host expressed that the chair was sturdy and there was nothing wrong with it prior to me sitting in it. Now, had I been rough or doing something disrespectful, the chair leg would have had a clean break, not a splinter break. Me sitting in the chair one time was not why the chair broke, there had to have been something wrong with the chair prior to me sitting in it. I am being charged over 945 euros to replace the chair. I am disputing this because I simply sat in the chair. Lesson - Purchase the insurance.

Lovely time in Paris

We had just completed a 7 day Viking cruise and wanted to spend a week in Paris. Any comments I make are relative to perhaps my own fault, After booking the vrbo in the spring I was informed that my wmail server was discontinuing service Jan 1 2024. So, I change my email to a different account at that time. I also had to change my cell phone # in August 2023. So, I arrived with no available contact to the host. I did advise VRBO of the changes and the host I think before arriving. There was a couple of days of apprehension on my part at that time. Reviewing vrbo, I was able to contact host via tour director on the cruise and she met us at apt. Lovely decorated, ground floor as I have some mobility problems, tastefully decorated in new furniture and very clean. We met with host as arranged by phone and she quickly went thru the amenities quickly, ie tv , washer dryer, coffee maker, trash, etc. We did find tv could only pu one channel so informed host who returned next day to change battery in remote. Afterwards, could only pu one channel till we were to finally change settings and get more channels. We found the towel out for use stiff and mildewed, coffee pot had multiple used containers still in it. After 10 days traveling we needed to do laundry, the washer worked well but after 2.5 hours of drying the clothes were still warm but damp. Dryer may not be vented properly. We finished the rest of our laundry by washing and then hanging on hangers around the ap

Adorable Paris apartment in an ideal location

Loved this apartment! So easy to check in with lock box. Exactly as described. So perfect for our 4 night stay. In the most amazing location walking distance to everything. Highly recommend this property! One drawback- Very limited storage/closet space. No dresser.

Pros: Location Cons:1.shower room drainage is not working. Very very slow. 2. They just painted. Paint smell was unbearable. 3. Cleaning was not done properly. Bathroom trash can was not emptied. I had to do myself first day. Women 's dirty sanitizers were still there. No dishwashing machine. Dishwashing sponge was too dirt to use. I had to buy a new one myself. Floor was not cleaned well. I had to clean. Overall the property was not clean at all. Never will go back.

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic neighborhood!

Raphaela is a tremendous host. Her apartment is on the ground floor (that’s a big deal if you have a lot of luggage). It is very clean and even has a washer/dryer that works well. Nespresso machine too! Bed is very comfortable - as is the shower with a lot of hot water. Wi-fi works well, microwave, refrigerator, oven, stovetop, you really don’t need anything else here. Everything works well! And the neighborhood is the best in Paris. Lots of markets, restaurants, and bars. Thanks, Raphaela!

Perfect location and exactly as described!

We were delighted with our hostess Raphaele and our lovely apartment! She made arrangements for transportation from airport and met us as we arrived! So very kind and helpful! The apartment was perfect for us! Newly renovated! Beautiful bedroom and bathroom suite and a kitchen with everything including stove, oven and microwave! The bed was more than comfortable! The apartment is in the perfect location and within walking distance of so many stores and attractions. We highly recommend this very nice apartment!

Best Host Ever

This is a lovely apartment in a perfect location in the center of Paris, close to everything. It’s even better than the listing shows. One of the most comfortable beds we’ve had in renting and a great shower with unlimited hot water. Best of all, it’s on the ground level (no stairs!) in a secure gated passage. Raphaele is by far the best host we’ve ever had in many years of renting from Vrbo and other sites. She works closely with a partner both of whom live within minutes of the apartment and are available at all times if you need help of any kind. Raphaele made sure to meet us the day we arrived and checked in periodically to make sure we didn’t need anything. She gave us a long and wonderful list of restaurants and cafes in the area, all of which we tried and all were wonderful. She also provided us with transportation suggestions when asked and in general made us feel looked after and cared for. She is personally warm and friendly but never intrusive. We would always check with her listings first whenever we return to Paris ( she owns more than 1 property). She is a truly exceptional host and we couldn’t be happier to have met her and stayed at her special apartment. A totally wonderful vacation experience!

Wonderful Location, Clean Comfortable Apartment

We loved the apartment on Rue Montmartre. As is the case with most Paris apartments, it was a bit small, but the neighborhood and it’s ground floor location were super. It has a queen sized bed, and a nice bathroom, although the proximity of the bath and the bedroom made things a bit intimate. We cooked a number of breakfasts and a few lunches there. Raphaele, the owner, was very accommodating. Prior tenants had damaged several internal sliding doors, which could not be repaired for our visit. We would definitely recommend this apartment and we would stay there again if it were available. Lively neighborhood, with many restaurants.

Perfect

Raphaele's apartment was perfect for our 18-day September visit to Paris. This tastefully appointed and furnished ground-floor apartment is off a quiet courtyard in a completely renovated centuries-old building. It seemed like it was brand new. Although the neighborhood is vibrant there are few cars on its narrow streets. We appreciated the clean and modern and well-equipped kitchen and bathroom where everything worked as expected, as well as the new comfortable bed and quality linens. We took advantage of the Sunday and Thursday food market right outside the door of the building as well as nearby Montorgueil. We know Paris well and can say that the apartment location could not be better for us. We found much to explore within walking distance and appreciated the quick access to several metro/RER lines at Les Halles. We were pleasantly surprised by the recently re-opened Les Halles area itself, with its gardens and magnificent St Eustach above and varied shopping below. Raphaele was immediately and graciously responsive to our few questions and requests. Initially, we wondered about a ground floor apartment that might have less light and views, but ground-floor convenience made up for it. We're already looking forward to staying here on our next Paris trip.
