The advertisement said it was a serviced apartment, but there was no servicing done while we were there. We would also have liked the coffee pods to be replenished. And the lights in the foyer and on the stairs were always off. It would be nice to have them on in the evenings

Great Location but Property Just Average

Great spot just off the Champs Elysees. Unit gets an A for location and a C for condition. Had a little trouble getting the check in email but was able to resolve that. Also, the couch was broken and no there was no way to take a bath and a little difficult to get in touch with the property management.

Anniversary in Paris

The property is beautiful and just a lovely setting. We very much appreciated the location. It cannot be beat! We had trouble with the app and getting the doors unlocked. That was mostly user error on our part due to jet lag. I understood that the check in would be in person but that was wrong. Would have appreciated soap and small toiletries for our stay but overall it was incredible!

Could be so much better

We stayed in the apartment for four nights. All in I would say that the stay was fine but I did expect more quality. The apartment lists that it sleeps 6 but only sleeps 4 as there is one bed in each room and the “futon” in the living room is so old there is no padding on it and I was afraid it would break if I opened it. The apartment is a great size for what it is- high ceilings, good size rooms and living spaces; the rental company is very responsive; and it’s in a great neighborhood. However, the apartment needs upgrades. The toilet seat was broken, the living room couch and chairs are so old there is no longer padding, the curtains broke and the linens and towels are very bad. Otherwise, I would say that if you don’t mind this, it’s fine in the non hot months as there is also no AC and the fans are not great. The good aspects of this apartment are that the location is perfect to all tourist attractions, the neighborhood is safe and walkable to anything you need (one block from the champs elyses) and the rental agency is beyond responsive. It’s also very easy to get the keys so there is no issue when you arrive and check out. This apartment has a lot of potential but was still fine for our stay.

Large for Paris

Great location. Easy to check in. Elevator is remarkably small but it’s an elevator. Two bathrooms that each had toilets inside of them. And an additional toilet. Great for two couples.
