The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this charming studio located in the Marais! Completely renovated, it has been designed to offer you optimal comfort and a warm atmosphere; ideal for accommodating up to two travelers.



The studio includes:

• A living space: it has a double sofa bed with a real mattress (140 × 200 cm), a Smart TV, storage space and Wi-Fi connection (currently unavailable throughout the building).

• A bathroom: it has a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap, shampoo and towels.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A fully equipped open kitchen: microwave, hob, washing machine (currently unavailable), kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.

The apartment also has a drying rack, iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Take RER B towards Robinson/Antony/St-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and get off at Châtelet-Les Halles. From there, it’s a short walk or metro ride to the apartment.

Orly Airport (ORY): Take the Orlyval light rail to Antony, then transfer to RER B towards Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye, and disembark at Châtelet-Les Halles.



From Major Train Stations:

Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est: Take Metro Line 4 towards Mairie de Montrouge and exit at Les Halles.

Gare Saint-Lazare: Take Metro Line 14 towards Olympiades and stop at Châtelet.



Proximity to Public Transport:

Our apartment is ideally located, with excellent access to public transportation options.



Metro Stations:

Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Services:

If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.

Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.

For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement:

A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines:

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.

Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.



Internet Access:

Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.



We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.



Interaction with Guests:

On your arrival, a free concierge service will be on hand to take care of any requests you may have. They'll give you the best addresses and help you make reservations for the duration of your stay.
