Our two rooms were clean and beautiful. The staff was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, and we were only a block away from luxury shops. The food was wonderful, and the small bar offered everything, including friendly conversation. The atmosphere is totally Parisian and lovely! This was our second reservation at the hotel and look forward to returning next year!
Very outdated hotel, a huge construction in front working 24 hours shifts and will last a couple of years so don’t expect to sleep at night with all the noise.
Room amenities are non-existent. Breakfast is a joke and extremely overpriced.
Only good experience was the staff. Everything else is a 1 star level.
We stayed for three nights on vacation and, overall, it was a great experience. The staff and service were amazing. Food at the hotel was very good too.
Chateau des Fleurs is a gem of a hotel that feels quiet, yet it's in the heart of all the activity by the Arc de Triomphe and Avenue des Champs-Élysées. The staff is very professional and we will stay here again.
Amazing property and we had a great stay here. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Lovely shopping and dining options around the hotel and very walkable to the metro. Highly recommend this hotel.

The property is very cute but old. The carpet floors in the hallways are very stained and the floor in the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. Excellent location. Just needs to be better maintained. The staff at the desk need to be more informative.
The hotel is so chic. It's beautifully designed and decorated. The room was lovely, bed was super comfy and the bathroom was so stylish. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly. And great location. Highly recommend.
This is a relatively new hotel in quite possibly the best location in the Champs Elysse /Arc Triumpe area. It’s located a block off of the Champs Elysee so it’s less crowded and only a few minute walk the nearest metro station. Great staff and room sizes are very reasonable for Paris (where rooms tend to be smaller).

overall great experience. loved the room. we had a junior sweet with double bed upstairs and twin couch bed downstairs. staff was very nice and friendly. location was great especially for first time visitors it is right near champ elysses
Very convenient location, just a stone's throw away from Champs Elysee. The room decor was lovely and the staff were helpful and friendly.
The only grouse was that the sound proofing of the walls wasn't that great and muffled conversations in the next room could be heard at times.
It was my first time in Paris and this hotel couldn’t have been more perfect!! It was modern but with a classic Parisian vibe, which was exactly what I was looking for! Very convenient to cafe’s via walking or taxi. The staff was amazing from the moment we arrived. Always helpful and accommodating to all our needs. I will forever stay at this hotel when visiting Paris!
Clean room, client services, amenities and understanding when we had to stay an additional two days due to the weather back in NYS USA. I wish the cost for the two additional days wasn't as costly. It was extremely expensive for two additional days when it was not in my control. It would be nice if part of the fee could be refunded on a courtesy. Thank you.

Hotel and staff are lovely, welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately when we stayed mid June 2024 there was major construction works going on a few foot away from the building which look like they will be doing all year. We were woken at 6.46am by incredibly loud continuous banging of metal on metal and the drills so not stop all day long. We would not have chosen this hotel had we known.
Restaurant food looks nice but the menu is limited to Korean food only on an evening. Spa jacuzzi although large only had one working jet and was luke warm so not worth the visit.
Excellent! Our only concern was the lack of any grab bars for safety climbing into and out of the high wall bath tub.
Very dangerous for older travelers like my wife and me.
