  • a kitchen along the corridor equipped with a microwave, a oven, a dishwasher, cook top, a fridge, a toaster, a coffeemaker, a teapot, dishes, washing machine and utensils needed.


  • a large living room with a sofa with a bed for two adults, a coffee table, a table and 4 chairs, a carpet, an armchair, a TVHD,   free internet access


  • a bedroom with a queen size bed, a dressing, several cupboards.


  • a bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, bath sink, iron and its table. WC. Access to the bathroom trhough the bedroom. 


  • Linen and towels are furnished.






The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, top Lage. Der Empfang war sehr gut und freundlich. Einziges Manko: Inbegriffenes Frühstück war in einer nahegelegenen Bäckerei. Dies hatte sehr unfreundliches Personal. Es konnte nur ein Espresso oder Tee gewählt werden, keine andere Option möglich. Gebäck war für pariser Verhätlnsse nicht so lecker. Hier könnte optimiert werden.

The apartment was nice and located close to lots of dining and the metro. The woman who let us in was prompt and explained everything clearly. There were a couple of things to know if you rent this property. When we arrived it was Saturday and the entire street below was filled with parties from the club that is a couple doors down. The apartment is on the third floor, so the noise wasn’t awful but it was a surprise. There isn’t any air conditioning, so it was quite hot at night in June. Lastly, there was a fee for checking in late. I don’t remember reading that in the policies, but I could have missed it. Just a heads up. Overall, it was a cute, comfortable, apartment run by nice people and in a great location. We would stay there again.

Great French Apartment

Ideal location on a great street. Company was easy to work with and we had everything we needed. Loved the old wooden ceiling beams and windows opening to the outside. Kitchen well stocked. The only thing I would like to add is that the bed wasn’t very comfortable. It also had this super cheap mattress pad that crucnched when you moved. For this cost per night - the owners need to in invest in a better bed and better mattress pad. That’s the only issue. It was a nice surprise to get coffee and a treat each morning from the local boulangerie included.

Centre Pompidou avant retour aux USA

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Maris prior to returning to the US. We had some challenges navigating with our luggage from the train station through the metro. We arrived a little late. Gregory was very patient & accommodating despite the fact he had other clients waiting. The apt. was well situation just 1/2 block from Centre Pompidou. Close to several metro stations & within walking distance to Notre Dame, the Conciergerie, & many other tourist destinations. The convenient location enabled us to come home after hours of touring, rest a bit & head out again for more sight seeing. Lovely décor in the apartment. The narrow staircase was difficult with the luggage but it was otherwise fine. It was nice to have laundry facilities in the apartment so we could avoid packing dirty clothes for the return trip! Gregory was extremely helpful when we had issues opening the sofa bed. He responded late at night & came in person to help. Merci mille fois Gregory!! Would definitely recommend this property to others visiting Paris.

Nice apartment, great location

The apartment is nice, clean and in a great location. However there are absolutely no amenities. No soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, paper towels, sponge & a limited supply of toilet paper. There are stairs to negotiate (66), so if that is a problem, this is not the place for you. Lots of restaurants and shops within a block or two. Within walking distance of major museums.
