Lage super, Zustand des Objekts schlecht

Im Grunde ist die Anlage insgesamt charmant, der begrünte Innenhof toll, nur ist alles völlig in die Jahre gekommen. Da müsste gründlich renoviert werden. Die Räume sind klein, die angegeben 52 qm sucht man vergeblich. Das Obergeschoss ist so niedrig, dass man nicht mal stehen kann. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist leider sehr minimalistisch, ein paar mehr Löffel und Teller anzuschaffen kostet ja nicht viel.
