The living area has a comfortable sofa and a dining table accommodating four guests. It leads out to a balcony with a lovely view.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals (oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, toaster). A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
The bedroom features a double bed (140x200), carefully made with complimentary hotel-quality linens and a closet to store your belongings.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, mirror, and shower. The toilet is separate.
You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
