The staff were incredibly professional and attentive from the time of booking to checkout. They wanted to make everything perfect. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is very nice, varied, with attentive staff. The rooms are quiet, you can open windows to let in fresh air in or use black out curtains. They are extraordinarily well located, safe, close to various metro stops. The beds are esp comfortable and soft!

We originally had checked into the Terrace suite which was a huge disappointment as the room was outdated and musty. The next morning we awoke with a leak in the ceiling. We complained to the front desk and the hotel manager was nice enough to change our room and put us up in a suite that overlooked the front along with a complimentary bottle of Champagne. This was a very nice touch as it definitely turned a negative into a huge positive. The hotel is in a great location within a 14 minute walk to the Louvre and other attractions.

We found this hotel online. We chose it due to location etc. We found it met our needs perfectly. Small, quaint, clean, friendly and perfect location. Staff was superior and called us by name every day. The few questions we had were quickly addressed. We highly recommend and would love to go back!

Lovely quiet little hotel in safe area of Paris, very convenient to major sites such as the Louvre, the Tuileries, opera house, restaurants, cafes and Galeries Lafayette and other "high end" shopping. Also, easy walking distance to the Metro

When we arrived, it was 90° plus in Paris. Our room was on the sixth floor, but the elevator only went to the fifth floor. The staff was very nice and helped us out. Our room was pretty warm from the heat. The AC couldn’t handle the heat. We took a seven day barge trip and returned later. This time we had a nice room on the first floor, and the weather had cooled off. This is a great location and had many nice shops, restaurants, bakeries and attractions within walking distance. Other than the heat, I would definitely recommend this hotel. We would stay there again.
