Worst Western, ever

1. several dry pee dots on the toilet seat on the first day. 2. equipment. (1)air-condition can't be used cause it said it's under central control, yet it made me feel cold at night. (2)the fridge's not cold, so we had to dump our milk. (3)faucet in the kitchen was too near the wall to use. Ex. I have to wash an apple "against the wall". (4)security box's not electronic. (5)shower hot water came out when the faucet was turned counterclockwise, whereas it's opposite to that of the faucet in the sink in the kitchen! (6)No washing foam nor soap provided in the kitchen. (7)bed way too soft my husband replied to me"it had lost the ability to sustain."(compared with his)(two beds combined) Spring's broken. (8)room small. 3.front desk not friendly. (1)front desk said" go to the room, you have to go across this garden, take the lift, go up to the second floor. Then go across that garden, take the lift and go to the second floor." But after we crossed the first garden, we can't find the lift. So I went back. I asked "Do you have a lift?" The man replied "MY COLLEAGUE TOLD YOU, turn right, cross..." (that means, we should "turn right at the entrance" before went across it.) I feel bad about that. I was just trying to look for help politely. (2)front desk seldom greeted us. 4 Poor WIFI. 5 Noisy We can hear what other guests doing. 6 careless housekeeping One day, we found there's only one toilet paper.

An excellent stay from beginning to end. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and everything felt thoughtfully taken care of. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend Le Patio Bastille to anyone visiting the area.

I had a generally good stay at Le Patio Bastille. The room was comfortable, and the price was quite fair for the location. The staff were polite, and the hotel is conveniently located for exploring Paris. However, as a Platinum member, I was promised a bottle of wine in my room as a perk, but it was nowhere to be found. This was disappointing.

We arrived 45 minutes before check in started. They were happy to store our bags until then. Check in was easy and quick. The property from outside and the lobby looked really good. We asked about the Expedia gold benefit of a free bottle of wine and they informed us it was already in the room. We also got our room upgraded without asking which was excellent. We had a kitchen with fridge and microwave. Room was big, tidy and cozy. Staff was great. We stored our bags till 5pm. Check out is perfectly at midday. Area outside property looks a bit shady but nobody bothered us. Also, really good location within 10 mins walk of 2 subway stations. Would go back! Highly recommend.
