Excellent Paris apartment

My wife and I have been to Paris many times, always renting an apartment. This experience was among the top 2 in our history. The apartment is as described and shown in the photos. It is roomy, well appointed and comfortable, and with several important features for the traveler, including a washer/dryer that actually works. Given the time of year, having air conditioning was not essential, but this feature - central AC with 2 zones - is essential for warmer months in these days. The TVs allow for accessing your own Netflix, etc accounts, so if important, you can stay on top of the series you follow. The hosts were very good communicators, responding promptly and always available, with easy check-in and check out. And the location! A pedestrian street with all the vendors one expects in Paris, so that you can make a gourmet meal if so inclined. If not, many nice brasseries/boulangeries for breakfast and/or afternoon coffee/drinks, and great restaurants within a couple of blocks. The street is quiet, even at night when there are people celebrating. We can't wait to return!

This was our second time staying at this apartment. The experience was seamless, and the concierge group was easy to communicate with and VERY prompt in responding to our messages. The arrival and departure were smooth and we really appreciated the late departure time. The apartment is exactly as represented, the space is lovely and spacious, everything works (including AC!), and the location is great, on a largely pedestrian street that offers good places to dine, get takeout style foods, or shop for cheese, bread, pastry, fish (oysters!), etc. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Excellent apartment, good location

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location is convenient, on a lively street near several metro stations. We arrived late (10 pm), and the host arranged for someone to meet us at the apartment, hand over the keys, and ensure everything worked. The apartment was clean. The AC was efficient and much appreciated in 36-degrees weather. We would definitely stay again. The only small drawback was that the shower guard was inadequate and did not fully protect from spills, and there were no extra towels to help dry the floor.

Stunning and very clean apartment in the heat of Paris

The apartment is located in the heart of Paris with easy access to all kind of restaurants and bars for the evening or night program. During daytime the area offers several opportunities for a typical French breakfast. The apartment is very clean, which is important for me, as I suffer from allergies. It is kept in bright white and is fully equipped. The stairway could be a bit challenging for visitors with disabilities. There is no lift. I would recommend this apartment to friends and also would book it again myself.
