Welcome to our beautiful apartment located on Avenue Victor Hugo, in the prestigious 16th arrondissement of Paris. This refined space offers all the modern comforts and a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower from its long balcony.

Upon entering the apartment, you will be immediately seduced by its elegant spacious living room with an American kitchen. The room is bathed in natural light thanks to large windows that offer panoramic views of the city. The living room is tastefully furnished, offering an ideal space to relax after a day of Parisian discoveries. You can sit comfortably in the soft sofas and enjoy the flat screen TV or simply soak up the warm atmosphere.
The fully equipped American kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals. It is equipped with modern appliances, a spacious worktop and all the necessary utensils. You can also enjoy your meal in the adjacent dining room, offering a friendly atmosphere for shared moments.

The apartment has two elegant bedrooms, each offering absolute comfort and significant privacy. The rooms are furnished with comfortable beds, quality linens and practical storage for your personal belongings. The refined decoration and artistic touches add a warm and inviting atmosphere.

This home was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our short stay in Paris. It's only a short walk to the metro station, and there is a grocery store only a few feet away which made it easy to shop and stock with food for our trip. The home is clean and the beds are very comfortable. I would definitely stay in this apartment again!
