Comfortable flat in a quiet neighborhood outside Paris

Quiet neighborhood in easy walking distance to train. Great communication with the owner. Was nice to have a mobile wifi provided. Would rent again.

Great stay

It was clean, air conditioning worked really well, had everything I needed. Great communication. Only thing I would say is if you’re looking to stay close to the city center, this is not the place for you. It’s in the suburbs so takes anywhere from 35-50 minutes via train to get closer to city center.

Rundum empfehlenswert

Wir haben 4 Nächte in der neuwertig eingerichteten Ferienwohnung übernachtet. Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir gebraucht haben. Toll war, dass wir das mobile Wlan Gerät nutzen konnten. Das Bett war riesig und vlt etwas hart, aber nicht ungemütlich nach unserem empfinden unser Kind hat gut auf dem Bettsofa geschlafen. Der Check in und out Prozess ist komplett über Email gelaufen. Mit der Vermieterin Brigitte, konnten wir gut auf Englisch kommunizieren. Die RER Station Nogent-Sur-Marne war fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar und man ist ratzfatz in der Pariser Innenstadt. Die Station hat wie viele andere einen Serviceschalter an dem man auch das Wochenticket erhält. Ein Parkplatz am Haus kann für 12€/Nacht hinzugebucht werden, was wir aufgrund fehlender Ortskenntnisse auch in Anspruch genommen haben. Wenn man etwas sucht, kann man vkt auch in der Nähe einen Parkplatz finden. Der Ort wirkt sehr hübsch mit vielen schönen Häusern und ist ziemlich ruhig. Kurzum würden wiederkommen! :-)

Die Gegend ist sehr schön, gepflegt und etwas nostalgisch wenn man das so schreiben kann. Wir waren mit unseren kleinen Kinder hier. Das Studio ist super super nett, hat alles was es braucht, ist sehr modern und sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind unmittelbar in der Nähe, Paris und Disneyland jeweils ca 20 min Fahrzeit. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns einen sehr wertvollen Link mit Infos zukommen lassen. Die App Citymapper ist sehr sehr zum empfehlen. Einfach alles unkompliziert, genau so wie wir es mögen. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Danke Brigitte.

Mooie studio, ziet er keurig en strak uit!

Maar toch voor ons toch te krap, met 3 pers. Douche was ook een ramp, mijn dochter met lange haren heeft er lang over gedaan om te shampoo eruit te krijgen. En tijdens ons verblijf ( 4 nachten) ook geen schone handdoek gehad. Onze auto hadden we in de garage staan, wat wel vrij prijzig was. Rustige buurt, maar jammer dat de restaurants niet in de buurt waren. De RER -station op 20 min loopafstand. Niet echt duidelijk aangegeven. De wifi verbinding was perfect, vooral voor onderweg, een dikke 10 hiervoor!

Great host, nice clean place!

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. The apartment was terrific and very clean and comfortable in every way. Brigitte is a great host and made us feel right at home. We loved that we were able to park our car at a safe garage. Location is tops and we enjoyed walking to the park, shops, and local eateries; The train station is very close by walking distence. Would definitely recommend this sweet place!
