une réservation que je ne conseillerai pour rien au monde

L'appartement en lui-même est petit, mais c'est écrit dans l'annonce, donc pas de surprise. En revanche, il est mal équipé : à notre arrivée (à 2) une seule tasse ou bol pour prendre le petit déjeuner, un seul porte-manteau et nul espace pour poser le 2eme vetement. Impossible d'utiliser le seche cheveux en même temps que le chauffage par radiateur, car les plombs sautent ! Aucune notice pour expliquer le fonctionnement du four aux multiples fonctions. Quant à la procédure d'arrivée... une vraie galère ! Alors qu'au téléphone une femme (anglaise) m'avait donné rdv à 12h45;;; personne devant le porche. J'ai donc téléphoné pour m'entendre dire qu'il n'y a pas d'accueil physique, mais que les codes d'accès m'ont été envoyés à 23h la nuit précédente ! Je n'ai jamais reçu ce message... Après insistance de ma part, une personne m'a guidée en me donnant le code au téléphone. Sans le message d'explication, impossible d'entrer dans l'appartement au verrouillage digital par clavier (faut-il encore savoir comment y accéder !) Et puis, cerise sur le gâteau : on vous débite d'une caution de 150€ à verser plusieurs jours avant votre arrivée... et on ne vous la restitue qu'au 16eme jour après votre séjour ! Et encore, parce que j'ai réclamé à diverses reprises ! Ce sera ma dernière expérience avec ABRITEL que je ne recommanderai désormais à personne
