I'd give it a negative star if I could
If I could give this place negative stars, I would! On our 1st night, we found both bathrooms unusable as the seats were both falling off the toilets & could not be used safely. The toilets were also gross & dirty (!) to the point that it is unusable for us. The bathroom sinks were both dirty(!). We found the bathroom light switches to be filthy & not wiped & sanitized for basic cleanliness. Elsewhere in the apartment, there were exposed wires, dirty walls & what feels to us unsanitary conditions. We checked-in late evening and once we discovered all these items, there was no one to call as the property management was closed & we called VRBO that same evening to log our concerns. We could not stay that evening unless we do not use the bathrooms which is impossible to do. Not only the toilets were broken, I want to emphasize how unsanitized it was. Therefore, we had to find a lodging elsewhere & had to leave at just past midnight. On the next day, the hosts claimed to have “fixed” things but when we went there to check the conditions, bathroom sinks are still not clean, one toilet seat remain broken. Knobs are still loose and still the bathrooms remain unclean. It is important when guests check-in to feel comfortable right away and feel that the place is clean and sanitized for basic cleanliness. It is unacceptable for us to be forced to find other lodging while we wait for the apartment to be brought to usable and acceptable condition. More to it,limited texts won't allow
