Beautiful boutique hotel on a quiet street in a fantastic location. Nice rooms, good breakfast, and a spacious lobby. However, the customer service is superb! They go out of their way to make your stay amazing. I requested early check in and my room was ready even before noon without additional charge. My luggage and shopping bags were moved for me without even asking. Excellent hotel all around. Highly recommend

Great location in a vibrant neighborhood just few blocks from two Metro stations. Multilingual staff were super friendly and helpful including arranging cabs and following up with a knock on my door when I didn’t answer the wake-up call the day I was leaving for the airport. I loved the downstairs library & sitting room that allowed me to hang out somewhere other than in my room even when I didn’t want to go out late at night. The only minor downside I can think of is that the shower stall is very tight even by European hotel standards and so the swinging double doors were tough to navigate and keep closed while the water was running.
