Welcome to our superb, spacious, light-filled flat, ideally located in the charming 17ᵉ arrondissement of Paris, a stone's throw from the picturesque Square des Batignolles.

Good place to stay with a few supply issues

The place is great and the location is convenient, The main bed is comfortable and all the amenities are working as expected for the most part. I do have a gripe with modern kitchens with no handles though :) We did have a few issues though... first, the impossibility to communicate with the owners as everything goes through a management company which was not very helpful. For example, it was impossible to find a bottle opener, we had to buy one. The water valve to the dishwasher had been shut off for some reason, we had to investigate why it wasn't working by tracking down its manual online. There was only one roll of toilet paper when we arrived, and no garbage bags except the ones already in place. We would have expected a minimum of supplies for a short stay without having to re-supply the apartment in consumables for the next guests (or owners).

Very disappointed with this apartment

- At the time the person, who opened the location, we were handed a bag with the sheets, pillows and the bathroom towels, for us to make the beds. - Hardly information regarding the apartment. - The bed in the second bedroom has a 2 mattresses of different heights. - The bathroom in the master bedroom was very, very disgusting. My wife had to really clean of the shelves. - The sink in the master bedroom drains very, very slowly. - No place in the master bedroom to hang clothes. - No shades in the bedrooms. - You have to drink your coffee using soup bols. - To take down the stores in the living room you have to get up on a chair or something, in front of the windows, which can be very dangerous. - The chairs are very uncomfortable. - There is absolutely no information book explaining the neighborhood, the closest subway station for example..... I phoned the person who opened the apartment, who left his cell number, to ask him if he knew where the closest station was, his only answer was NO. The location is over valued.The cost of this apartment, not close to the center of Paris, for 4 days, was much more expensive than our 6 days in Cannes in a 3 bedrooms, 2 baths apartment with a huge terrace and a wonderful view of its bay and the all the town. I will certainly never go back there. Christian Dewailly

Un appartement parfaitement Parisien, dans un cadre sympathique qui nous redonne une belle image de la vie parisienne. Des commerces, restaurants et bistrots à proximité. Des lignes de métro assez proches de l’appartement. Bref, parfait.

A wonderful place in Paris

My friend and I loved staying in this spacious apartment. Plenty of light, funky cool décor, two bedrooms (at opposite ends of the place) and a kitchen stocked with all you could want for cooking, except for instructions. It took us two YouTube videos to find out why the electronic stove wouldn’t work—you have to put one of the special pots on the burner first. The neighborhood is great, full of boutiques and markets of all kinds. Close to La Fourche and Place de Clichy metro stops, so easy to get around to sights, or stay close and explore. We really needed household instructions. The concierge gave us a single key and the Wi-Fi code, but nothing about how to set the thermostat, use the washer/dryer (all in one machine), when and where to take out the trash, etc. which made for a fair amount of frustration. She only communicated through WhatsApp and only responded to minimal questions. But, the apartment was so spacious and comfortable, clean and functional (well, aside from one doorknob that kept falling off, but hey, it’s an old building) that I rounded up my rating from 4.5. Worth the fourth floor walkup (not many elevators in old Parisian buildings).

Très agréable appartement

Très bon séjour. Appartement spacieux et très bien distribué, très lumineux. Il donne sur l'arrière sans bruit de la rue. Bien décoré, confortable, très bien équipé, nous avons passé une agréable quinzaine. Métros proches (13 et 14), nombreux commerces et lieux de restauration. A recommander!
