Apartment needs a refresh

At one time this was probably a very cute & cozy apartment, but it’s a bit rundown down. The neighborhood in the 15th is a bit rundown also tho it’s very close to 2 metro lines. Communication with the host company was very good during their chat hours, but prior to arrival there was no response to my question that I sent multiple times using various methods to reach out. We did discover a great Persian restaurant 10-15 min walk away that I would recommend. Chez Darius on Rue de Theatre.

Appartement rez de chaussée côté cour

Les photos montrent bien un appartement bien décoré et aux équipements bien pensés qui donne sur une cour donc sans bruit de circulation. Le métro est proche et le quartier agréable. Très bonne boulangerie pas très loin. Cependant, la porte du logement n'est pas assez isolée et on entend nettement les personnes dans le couloir ou la cage d'escalier. La très belle double douche pose problème car les mélangeurs tournent dans des sens opposés pour l'eau chaude et froide et il faut prendre le coup de main pour ne pas se brûler. Des odeurs désagréables sortent de la bonde de la douche. La machine à café fuit par le dessous, ne pas laisser d'eau dans la machine. Du coup, un agréable séjour tout de même avec des points à revoir en somme ... un mail a été envoyé au gestionnaire du logement

Week-end à Paris

Notre week-end à Paris fût top, le logement nickel tout était conforme à l'annonce, nous avons fort apprécié les capsules de café, sachets de thé et le sucre. Beaucoup d'équipements, literie au top... immeuble et quartier calme. Nous recommandons vivement!!!
