Great location for easy access to many sites. Very close to bakery, groceries and cheese shops. Subway is 2 min walk. Host responded immediately when we had a question about checking in. Great location!

Nice sized apartment

The apartment is just as described. We had 2 families, 9 total, and it was nice having somewhat separate areas with one area being a little larger to gather. The neighborhood felt safe and Had plenty of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores to grab take away within easy walking distance. We would stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Comfy stay

This place is a comfortable stay. The descriptions are accurate. It is about a minute from metro station. Essential stores/restaurants are on the same street. We were a group of eight and this place was suitable for our visit to Paris.

Perfect apartment for a comfortable family stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment met our expectations – spacious, well-equipped, very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable for our group of seven. Everything was just as described. The neighborhood was good with shops and restaurants nearby, and the apartment was just 2 minutes from the metro station. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Great, spacious apartment for our group of 5 adult friends. Exactly as pictured. We loved the shops in the neighborhood and the easy access to the metro! Check in and out was very easy!

Excellent Property

The apartment was just as described. Very convenient location with easy metro access to explore the city. There was plenty of room for our entire group. Having 2 apartments in 1 was perfect for our group of 2 grandparents + a family of 4 (2 kids). Would definitely stay here again.

Great Time in Paris

We loved staying at this apartment. It actually looks like it was once 2 apartments but now it is one apartment with 2 wings. It was very quiet and so close to many things in Paris.

Perfect place in Pars!

We were a group of six adults in Paris for a week and the apartment was ideal for the set up. It provided privacy if needed, but also common areas that everyone could gather. The location, which we were just guessing, if we would like it or not, ended up being central to everything we wanted to do and could easily walk or take the subway wherever we needed to go. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the future.

Fantastic overall

Great location and perfect place for family or groups of friends. Everything was clean and the communication with owner was easy. There were fans for every room and the kitchen was stocked with essential tools. Metro was super close and bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants and shopping center were super close by. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Nice place

Friendly staff - we had a little trouble with the door lock box, but it got handled. Space is simple modern and was quite adequate for our needs. Location was excellent with very good metro access. One drain was slow, but all in all it was a very good value and very good location.

Three nights in Montparnasse

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment which is excellently located in the Montparnasse area of Paris ...the flat was exactly as described. Slight problem in the entry system in the beginning with the entry system with two security codes but once we got the hang of it we found it easy. Overall perfect for a break to Paris with excellent transport connections and restaurants etc.

Great flat

This space is perfect for a group of friends, or two couples. It's laid out very well - providing ample space for a Parisian apt. Location is great. Close to metro and central. Well stocked with necessities and near markets and bakeries. We had a fabulous time. Highly recommend.

Good for 2 families

Visited with 3 teens and grandparents. Tight quarters but liked having the 2 apartments that were connected. Great location on a street full of markets, eateries, shopping and 2 train stations. Excellent communication with manager. Easy check out process. Felt very safe.

Lovely apartment, excellent neighborhood

We were very pleased with our stay. The host was accommodating, friendly, and communicated well in advance of our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was stylishly decorated, and it included plenty of linens, towels, kitchen ware, and all the basics you would need for a stay. The layout works well for a group, allowing for both private spaces and gathering area. Best of all though: the location! Close to metro, Le Bon Marché, and a variety of grocers, fromageries, pâtisseries, etc., but a relaxed neighborhood feel. We would absolutely stay again when in Paris.

Clean and spacious

We had an excellent stay! The one bedroom unit faces the courtyard and the two bedroom unit faces the street. Each has a living area, kitchen, and toilet. The two bedroom unit has two showers. It’s quite spacious. I loved that the windows open a bit at the top or fully as doors. No air conditioning (it’s Paris!) and we took advantage of the many fans throughout the unit. We didn’t cook besides making coffee and slicing baguettes, but you could. Easy walking to groceries, wine, bakeries, and cheese. I really enjoyed talking with the shopkeeper next door at Comtesse du Barry. Easy walking to Metro stops. I’d happily stay there again and hope to return to Paris soon.

Great stay in middle of Paris

Central to everything serving as home base to launch our daily excursion to Paris attractions! It was so convenient to have many cafes, markets and shopping area nearby. Spacious apartments with plenty of sleep room for our family of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Kitchen has plenty of space for a quick breakfast with foods from stores nearby before we started our days. Having 2 laundry washers and a dishwasher was great for our big group so we didn’t have to lug too much stuffs with us on the trip. The only thing that could be better is the provision of shampoos and body wash gels, hand soaps. Also showers had great water pressure but no shower doors so water easily sprayed out to the floor.

Showers are questionable

Showers do not drain well and overflow. Would be nice to have instructions for stoves and other appliances. European are not same as US. Perhaps in French, English and Spanish or some other language often used by renters. Great location for metro. 6 people, used 3 beds and one sofa. Great place for that number. Separate area for grandparents was great.

Perfect Paris Stay for our large family

This was a great layout for our family of 7. There were three bedrooms with full size beds and a good amount of closet space, plus two sofa beds. There were fans for each room. There were three showers and two toilets, plus two kitchens, two fridges (one bigger than the other, and two washers. They had plenty of toilet paper for our 5 nights. It was an amazing location. Super close to two metro stations and bus stops. There were two grocery stores close by and plenty of bakeries and restaurants and fun places to shop! It felt extremely safe. It was about 15-20 min to the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Champs-Elysee, Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame and Sainte Chapelle. I would highly recommend and hope to come back and stay!

Location/ Accommodation

Loved the location and how big the apartment is. Liked the fact that it gives a family a choice to be separate but together at the same time. The apartment was near a great Boulangerie, Fromagerie, food markets, pharmacies, shopping malls and metro stations. The only negative about the apartment was that the general breaker kept kept turning off, because you couldn't run the toaster and espresso machine at the same time. The burner in the main kitchen was impossible to start, we ended up cooking in the other kitchen. Some light bulbs were burn out as well. But it didn't keep us from enjoying our stay.
