Great location

Loved the location of apartment. Security was top notch. Elevator made it easy to put groceries and luggage on and send up to the apartment. Very spacious with all of the comforts of home. Negatives would be to have instructions for washer/dryer and dishwasher in several languages. We had a fair amount of time spent on this. It would also be nice to have a general information page in the apartment (where trash cans/recycle, WiFi password even though it is in the email) Maybe create a notebook with this and the appliance info inside. Shower handle should either be re-attached to the wall or noted on the website. Also, I think the check in/out process could be better. There was a language barrier when meeting in person which made it challenging. The second apartment on our trip had a lockbox which was so convenient. This gave us the opportunity to check in when we were able rather than having to make an appointment. I had answered a check-in email about what timer we would be there for keys,yet had several emails after that asking the same question. Last contact was right as I was boarding the plane. In my mind, we were to meet at apartment at 3pm yet we were told the day before that there was already an appointment at 3 so we would have to wait until 3:45-4pm.Then was told other appointment was done early and we could come earlier. Just inconvenient since our luggage was in a locker 20 walking minutes away.

Great location! aa set clean, courteous and efficient check-in process.The unit did not have a microwave, which I found disappointing. Also no ice tray. I purchased an ice tray and left it there for next guests.

Great location.

Great neighborhood, comfortable bed. Definitely not a luxury apartment. Poor layout, broken shower, scary floors. We tried to use the oven, but it was so dirty that it started smoking. There were dirty towels in the washing machine when we arrived. No toilet paper or paper towels. The apartment had been modified and put back together very cheaply. I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Despite numerous good reviews on Ruben’s page, my experience was horrible. Check in time was at 3pm, after hours of contacting them and no response I was given the key at 9:30pm. I lost a whole day of travel. I was left on the streets with my luggage for 6 hours outside because of the team’s poor communication. The apartment was extremely dirty. Stains everywhere (bedding, pillow, carpet). Someone’s clothes were here as well as their personal belongings. (coin, blazer, journal, notebook, hammer?, etc.)
