The accommodation
Accommodation of about fifteen square metres, with totally independent access, with bathroom + WC, and separate equipped kitchenette, adjoining the main house, located in a very quiet courtyard, in the heart of the lively district of the 11th arrondissement.
Bedroom with a double bed (190x140), sheets provided, and storage + desk + wifi (fibre) + large TV (40" screen).
Bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet. Towels provided.
A kitchen area separated from the room by a door, is at your exclusive disposal, with plates, cutlery, kitchen utensils, fridge, coffee maker, hot plate, microwave/grill and kettle.
Ideally located near the Atelier des Lumières and the Père Lachaise cemetery, not far from Bastille, République and the Marais.
Many restaurants, cafes, shops, bus and metro stations in the immediate vicinity.

Traveller access
Travellers access through an entrance, in which there is a kitchenette, leading directly (door) into their accommodation (bedroom + private bathroom).
A fridge and kitchen appliances are at your disposal.

During your stay
I live and work on site, and will of course be available, for any help needed, and for any advice to optimise your stay, according to your needs.
I have lived in the area for 25 years.

The area is very well served by metro or bus.

There are many restaurants and bars, as well as mini markets and various shops.
