The Space:
Apartment located in one of Paris' most exclusive districts. You'll feel safe and secure in the heart of this exceptional district.
This spacious, functional apartment has been completely refurbished! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or on business.

The apartment features a bedroom with a queen-size bed for two people and extremely comfortable new bedding, a bathroom with bath tub and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area with a convertible sofa for 2 people and a smart TV.
PS: Please note that Wi-Fi is currently unavailable throughout the property for an indefinite period. This issue is beyond our control, and we will not accept any complaints or requests for compensation for any inconvenience caused.

As you enter the apartment, you'll find :

- a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV and double convertible sofa bed,
- a bedroom with queen size bed (160 by 200),
- a storage space,
- a bathroom with bath tub and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...),
- a washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

Getting Around:
Here's how you can get to the location, from various arrival points in Paris:

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG):
Take the RER B from Charles de Gaulle Airport in the direction of Robinson or Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse. Get off at Gare du Nord station, then transfer to Metro Line 5 heading towards Place d'Italie. Exit at Oberkampf station, which is the closest to the flat.

From Orly Airport:
Take the Orlyval tram to Antony station, then take RER B towards Charles de Gaulle - Mitry-Claye. Get off at Gare du Nord station, then transfer to Metro Line 5 heading towards Place d'Italie. Exit at Oberkampf station.

From Gare du Nord:
Take Metro Line 5 in the direction of Place d'Italie and exit at Oberkampf station.

From Gare de Lyon:
Take Metro Line 14 towards Saint-Lazare and exit at Gare de Lyon. From there, take Metro Line 1 towards La Défense and exit at Bastille. The flat is within walking distance from Bastille.

From Gare de l'Est:
Take Metro Line 5 in the direction of Place d'Italie and exit at Oberkampf station.

From Gare Montparnasse:
Take Metro Line 6 in the direction of Nation and exit at Place d'Italie. Then, transfer to Line 5 heading towards Bobigny - Pablo Picasso and exit at Oberkampf station.

From Gare d'Austerlitz:
Take Metro Line 5 in the direction of Bobigny - Pablo Picasso and exit at Oberkampf station.

From Gare Saint-Lazare:
Take Metro Line 14 in the direction of Olympiades and exit at Madeleine station. Transfer to Line 8 towards Créteil - Pointe du Lac and exit at Bastille. The property is within walking distance from Bastille.

The nearest metro station to the apartment is Oberkampf, served by metro lines 5 and 9. Line 9's Voltaire station is just as close. Bus lines 46, 56 and 96 also serve the area.

Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.

Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Internet Access:
Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
