Nice place, we'd choose it again.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The space was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to feel at home right away. The location was excellent—situated in a pleasant neighborhood and just a short walk to Metro/buses, which made getting around the city very convenient. Communication was also top-notch; any questions we had were answered promptly and clearly. We would absolutely choose to stay here again.

Great location

The best thing about this flat is its location. It is surrounded by cafe's and excellent restaurants on beautiful Parisian boulevards, and within easy walking distance of major attractions. The apartment itself is simple but comfortable for two people. There were some minor annoyances and an attempt to contact the hosting company was unsuccessful. Also, reaching the apartment requires climbing 85 steep stairs. But on the whole it is a good base for exploring Paris, and we enjoyed our time there.

Fantastic location

Generally great. It's close to cool stuff. People should be aware that this is a walk up, and it's quite a ways up. The furniture could be better but it's adequate.

I read previous reviews and agree with all of them. While the place is small, the furniture is Ikea like and is a top floor walkup (which is clearly noted in the property description) it was a perfect home base for the three of us. Definitely a tight fit but there is no wasted space and it has a washing machine and drying rack which was a great feature and had two standing fans and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, so even though we were here in a heatwave, we didn't feel like we were melting. And the location was super close to the Metro's line 9 so it was fast and easy to get around. Lastly, the communication with the property managers was excellent. We would stay here again.

De eigenaar niet gezien of gesproken.De volgende punten kunnen beter:- het internet werkt niet - meubilair van matige kwaliteit en ziet er anders uit dan op de website-appartementje is geschikt voor maximaal 2 personen, zeker niet voor 4- als je het dan gezelliger inricht verhuurt het beter en heb je een betere score- duidelijk vermelden dat appartement op 5 hoog is.
