咸美頓巴黎酒店住宿推介

「The hotel was charming, love the different themes in the room. Stayed in the Stan Lee Room. Construction still happening. Breakfast was ok. Appreciate the fact that it was offered. Area Stores are mostly closed on Monday. Many area restaurants closed on Monday and Tuesday. Hotel restaurant also closed on Monday and Tuesday. Seems like Wednesday to Sunday is when you should go. Unfortunately we were there Sunday to Tuesday. Would have appreciated knowing that in...

「Fantastic experience - lovely host :). Amazing breakfast. Grounds so beautiful.」

「Very clean and super helpful, kind cleaning staff. However people managing the lobby could use improvement. We waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. Also we randomly got locked out of our suite with our key cards not working. Then we had to go up and down the floors to get someone to open our door. If it weren’t for the awesome cleaning staff I would’ve given this place a 1 star.」

「Good service 」

「The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Took an interest in my reason for coming to Brantford. Offered to help move my bags, if I needed, as I am a senior woman traveling alone. I had to change my reservations twice due to unforseen circumstances, and was treated kindly. Overall a great experience.」

「Had to change room because it looked out to a roof full of pigeon dung. Then the next room the air was terrible. So decided to leave for another hotel. Had to eat my stay payment…it was that bad!!!」

「劍橋好漂亮」

「Rooms are spacious and clean with full amenities and fixture. The balcony allows us to take in the views and fresh air. The staffs are responsive and helpful from booking to check in with our request and questions. We are very pleased with our stay.」

「Great!」

「It was clean friendly staff, just an all around enjoyable stress free experience , just one little complaint, I was in town for a wedding checking in there was a line due to multiple weddings in the area, the younger receptionist was a bit swamped the second receptionist was fiddling with the lap top and wandering around aimlessly then finally she got the message and began checking people in, maybe a refresher course in customer service would due this woman good」
