Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites Salt Lake City
The room was a nice suite for a good price. Location was a few minutes walk to the Salt Palace. Airport shuttle was very helpful. Breakfast was decent.

The Grand America Hotel
Didnt have breakfast. Room was clea. The staff was rude and hotel doesnt qualify for 5 star status purely cos of that. 5 star means service above and beyond

The room was great, such a comfy bed and great lighting. I haven't been on the 1st floor in a while so it was nice to not have to deal with the elevator.
