"We loved it!!! Excellent stay in every aspect of the word. All the amenities and the staff were amazing. From the moment you walk into the resort ALEXIS makes you feel at home. Very nice and kind gentleman with a very warm personality. He goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. THALIA makes check in a very nice and smooth experience. (No complains from any of the staff…. Martina, Jorge, Chris , etc. Everyone was very nice and helpful). The resort is amazing, super clean, safe, food was delicious. They gave us lots of useful guides, arranged rides and always enquired about our day.
