"The staff was friendly and if a problem was noted, the promptly rectified it. Our room was small and crowded with furniture. The hotel location was excellent our son and granddaughter had a very large room with a king sized bed and a large Murphy bed. We requested a parking spot on booking and one was saved for us. The hotel offered a breakfast buffet which included a choice of juice, breads, scrambled eggs, sausages, pastry, yogurt, fruit and coffee. It was the same every day. The lobby and downstairs area in general needed a sprucing up. The room, though small we’d clean and comfortable enough."

"My wife and I stayed for just three nights. We loved its excellent location within the walled city, close to iconic landmarks such as the Château Frontenac, the Museum of Civilization, the Place d'Armes, the Rue Petit Champlain, and the Quai Chouinard, as well as numerous restaurants and shops. Because it is a highly touristy area, prices are often overvalued. The hotel served a delicious breakfast. If you visit the hotel and one of your companions has mobility difficulties, please note that the hotel has no elevator or facilities for guests with disabilities. It is a renovated, five-story building."
