The Aegean Seashell Villa is located in a beautiful area of Paros island in Greece, just 1 km from the popular windsurfing Pounta beach and only 7.4 km from Parikia port. This bright and spacious villa offers three bedrooms, providing the perfect setting for the serene holiday you’ve been dreaming of.



The villa boasts a wonderful sea view overlooking the Aegean Sea and Antiparos island, as well as access to a secluded little beach for your enjoyment.



At the Aegean Seashell Villa, you’ll experience a blend of tranquility, luxurious simplicity, an excellent location, and outstanding value. The property is built on two levels, covering a total of 140 sq. m., offering ample space to relax. The ground floor features a large living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one spacious bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The upper floor includes two additional large bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—as well as a bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay! The host are super accommodating, helped us rent cars, and scheduled a home cook Greek lunch for us. The views are breathtaking. The house is comfortable and inviting. We spent a lot of time on the porch.
