“Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den grundlegenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde. Zusätzlich kam es zu einem Wasseraustritt im Schlafzimmer, wodurch der Fliesenboden nass und rutschig war. Dies stellte……

Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr stilvoll, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail – man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Atmosphäre gelegt wird. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Marzia und Francesca: beide sind außergewöhnlich herzlich, liebevoll und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich nicht wie ein Gast, sondern wirklich willkommen. “Great staff, great location, heated pool”

“Whilst you could say the room was clean, it was in poor state of repair with flaking paint and shabby. The bathroom was in a very poor state with a large area of black mold above the window and around the bath. The bath edges were rusty as was around the bath drain. The sink unit was extremely shabby with swollen surfaces where water had soaked the MDF timber. The bathroom smelt badly and, on the whole, was unacceptable. On a positive note, Domingo, on reception, was extremely pleasant and……

“It was a nice stay. The beds were comfortable, however there are bugs everywhere in the room. The food was surprisingly ok, although at times hard and cold. We weren’t given the warmest welcome and then were placed and the other end of the hotel; furthest possible point. It was quite evident as to why. Would I return? No.Many Thanks for your services ”

“The room was very clean and as described - the kitchen included all the things you need for a shortish stay, we were able to cook dinner when we wanted to. Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway. The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress! Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when……

“Felt very rundown and way past its best. Old fashioned interiors and still hints of the 1980s everywhere. Average client was old and pretty boring. That’s how the entire place felt. Facilities were super tired - like the gym. Shame as it’s a great spot. Worse part may have been the food. It was just like the entire vibe - boring and out of touch. Staff friendly. ”

“Near to most things the island has to offer. Food was varied each night. Pools kept in good condition. Rooms were neat and cleaned each day. Staff were excellent and multilingual. Would stay here again, the value for money is excellent.”

“The staff at the playa park are the best, friendly, very helpful. We’ve been coming to this hotel for 10 years , since it’s very good refurbishment about 8 years ago and a few of the staff are still here which says a lot about place.
