“Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also……

“The room was great. All the essentials. Easy check in. There is a little trick to pushing the door when getting in so it was tricky at first but the host was very helpful in trouble shooting. The pool is available but cold. The pool is shaded most of the time so what we thought would be a lot of fun wasn't. Neighborhood is perfect for a family. Train station, buses and restaurants were great. ”
